On the personal side, I’m a proud family man, married to my wonderful wife, Gladys, for 26 years. Together, we’ve raised three incredible sons who inspire me daily. Our family wouldn’t be complete without our four beloved dogs—Leo, Lucy, Bean, and Max—who keep us busy and bring us endless joy.
